Dr. Tejinderpaul Dhotar graduated with Cum Laude honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2007. He was also the recipient of the Stephane Julien award for the graduating student who demonstrated the greatest dedication to helping others. While at CMCC, Dr. Dhotar was the President of the Motion Palpation Institute Technique Club in his final year of studies. This club was devoted to educating other students about efficient adjustment techniques while at the same time refining their skills. He also holds a Certificate of Clinical Acupuncture from CMCC; a program that melds contemporary medical acupuncture with core Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. Dr. Dhotar is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. Prior to attending chiropractic college, Dr. Dhotar completed an Honours Bachelors in Kinesiology from McMaster University. Dr. Dhotar has extensive experience working in a clinical setting both prior to and during his studies. As a result of this, he has experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as implementing rehabilitation protocols for motor vehicle accident victims and related ailments. Through the use of well rounded treatment protocols that include chiropractic adjustments, electrotherapeutic modalities, soft tissue techniques, exercise/stretch prescription, nutritional/lifestyle counselling, postural assessment, and foot orthotic therapy; Dr. Dhotar assesses and treats his patients from a holistic yet evidence-based perspective.
