Born in Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Kristina Chung and her family moved to the Chicago-land area in 1975. She was introduced at a very early age to the art and healing affects of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science from Ball State University, before earning her doctoral degree in chiropractic and certificate in acupuncture from National University of Health Sciences in 1998. While studying at BSU, she received an athletic scholarship for gymnastics, where she finished off her 13 year career. Her philosophy includes Thomas Edison’s belief that “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.” She and her well trained staff of chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists work collaboratively to help each patient, from the elderly to the elite athlete, in order to successfully achieve their highest level of well-being.
