Biography

Co-owner, Dr. Glenn Paul Uy II graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has been practicing as a registered chiropractor since he graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2005. He is also a certified full-body ART® provider and is a registered Acupuncturist with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Dr. Glenn's focus lies in the treatment and prevention of physical injuries, integrating techniques such as Active Release Technique ® , acupuncture, spinal manipulation, and exericse rehabilitation. Dr. Glenn has been successfully treating patients in the Toronto area for the past 10 years. He has a special interest in working with dancers and athletes. When Dr. Glenn is not in the clinic, you can find him dancing, doing CrossFit, snowboarding, golfing, playing basketball, or speding time with his wife, new baby and dog.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Dr. Glenn has 10+ years of experience assessing injury and dysfunction in all types of patients including athletes, dancers, office workers, and artists. He takes the time to provide a full assessment and treats each patient with care and respect. His diagnostic skills and hands-on treatment style have enabled him to build his private practice based on referrals alone.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

Dr. Glenn specializes in providing manual therapy and multi-modal treatments. He is full-body ART® certified and is also a Registered Acupuncturist.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud that I am able to make a big difference in a short period of time for many of my patients. I look for the root of the problem and then work to solve the problem as well as provide relief from the symptoms (usually pain and dysfunction). When my patients no longer need to see me, I know I've been successful in treating them.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy seeing a variety of patients in my practice as this keeps my job interesting. I care for each person as if they were a family member. I do have a special interest in treating athletes and dancers because I can relate to their passion and desire to get back to doing what they love.
