Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I am DIFFERENT. I don’t want to see you. My goal is to get you better as soon as possible, keep you active, and give you the strength & tools needed to keep your pain away. I fix you up, get you out of the clinic and back to doing the things you love doing. No gimmicks.

What are you proud of in your practice?
I am proud of having a busy full time practice with the most amazing patients, but still being able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. I pride myself on really getting to know each and every one of my patients as individuals, tailoring treatments to each person’s unique goals and needs. I am an experienced Chiropractor and Fitness Professional with, with over 11 years practice experience as a Toronto chiropractor, over 10 years as an acupuncture practitioner and 18 years as a fitness coach, personal trainer, and strength and conditioning specialist. As a coach and multi-sport athlete myself, I understand the cyclical challenges and triumphs of training, proper nutrition, competition, injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. I know what it’s like to be injured and to be told to I need to stop and rest - my goal is to keep you moving - but in a safe, efficient, and pain free way.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I enjoy treating patients of all ages and from all backgrounds! As a fitness and anatomy geek, the cases that fascinate me the most are those that are movement related - this could be something as simple as a minor sports or overuse injury, or more complicated, like a chronic imbalance in the body that has caused altered movement patterns and residual effects. Other cases that I love treating are those that involve acupuncture - whether it be wellness acupuncture, acupuncture for pain, neurological disorders, or even cosmetic acupuncture - this ancient medicine has been around thousands of years, and is extremely effective!
