Dr. Ken Nakamura graduated from Toronto’s Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after completing an undergraduate degree in biology in 1995. Once obtaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic, he went on to become a certified as an Active Release Therapy (ART) provider, as well as an acupuncture provider through the McMaster University Acupuncture Foundation Institute of Canada course. Dr. Ken’s therapy style uniquely combines evidence based treatment with his own custom care approach. He uses tools that are most effective for each specific individual including chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, myofascial release, Graston, orthotics, heel lifts, rehab programs, shockwave, nutritional advice, micro-current, laser therapy, and ergonomic advice. Through the years in the industry, Dr. Ken Nakamura has been recognized as one of Toronto’s top chiropractors.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

People come to see me from across the GTA, Ottawa, New York, California, India and Dubai due to the genuine reviews, referrals and a real passion for helping. My aim is always to get people better quickly and help them become independent of me. I've worked with Judo Ontario, was selected lead medical for the Pan Am Games in Toronto, the European Veterans Athletic Championships, and the North American Police Soccer championships.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

Triathletes, runners, and complex spinal cases.

What are you proud of in your practice?

Getting you better, quickly and with durability. Meaning the benefit will last a long time.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

Going to sporting events and treating on site. There is nothing like the adrenaline of running out on the field to someone who just injured.

No time to describe in detail, sorry but it was on time and was as any other chiropractor appointment. I appreciate Dr. Nakamura's referral for x-ray though.

I had been doing my research for a Chiropractor for some time and Ken was consistently in the top. I went to go see him and was very happy with the outcome. The clinic was busy but organized and my appointment was on schedule. Ken took the time to explain what he was assessing, what he planned to do and the results were effective and immediate. I have pre-booked my next 8 appointments...
