Nishita Gandhi DDS

"I am not a tooth doctor,I help and educate my patients with their oral health and help them achieve better overall health." Dr.Gandhi graduated from New York University with Honors in Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery and Honors in TMJ Pain Management. She graduated in the top 1% of her class and was inducted in National Dental Honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon for two consecutive years. She completed her general practice residency at the prestigious Long Island Jewish Medical Center and collected vast experience in treating Children,adults and medically compromised patient. With emphasis on thorough medical history, detailed clinical exam and emphasis on patient management Dr.Gandhi is capable of performing complex dental procedure including Cosmetic dentistry,Veneers, Root Canals, Crown and bridges, Periodontal crown Lengthening, Implant crown restorations, Surgical extractions and overall restoration with care and commitment. She enjoys treating adults and children likewise. Her philosophy is "Treat a patient in the same manner, you would like to be treated." She and her staff are always upto-date with advances in dentistry with continuing education courses. Dr.Gandhi is currently enrolled in the Maxi-course for Implant Dentistry at UMDNJ. She puts strong emphasis on prevention and at our offices we guide all our patients through great oral hygiene routine. We take great pride in the fact that after coming to us our patients have shown great improvement in oral health.As we always tell our patients "You do not have to brush all your teeth,just the ones you want to keep".
