Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I practice in the same small town where I live because I enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. I offer tried-and-true, no-nonsense dental practices to my community. I have over 40 years of dental experience and my office is very private. I personally handle every aspect of your treatment, including cleanings, as I do not use an assistant or hygienist.
What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?
I handle most types of general dentistry, but I am particularly skilled in making and fitting dentures and gold crowns because I worked in a dental lab before I entered dental school. I personally make the dentures and gold crowns in-house, so you never need to wait for them from an off-site lab. I do all denture adjustments, fittings, and re-linings right here in my office.
What are you proud of in your practice?
My very low prices. I understand that many people live on fixed incomes, so I keep the office overhead low to maintain my low prices for my patients. I offer free consultations and will never pressure my patients to accept dental treatment.
Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I enjoy doing gold crown restorations. I do the entire process myself, from the initial preparation, to casting, polishing, and cementing the gold crown. I also make gold, silver, and lapidary jewelry as a hobby. The lost-wax technique is the same process for gold crowns and jewelry.
