First of all, it was a great very spacious dental clinic. I was welcomed and then went with dental procedures. Once that is done, Dr.Afson met me and explained all the issues and needs, which I never had such experience in my visits to other dental clinics. I was much overwhelmed by the professionalism and knew a lot about my dental hygiene.

Dr. Ferdosmakan was one of the friendliest and kindest dentists I have ever met. The entire team made me feel so welcome and walked me through every part of becoming a new patient at their office. Dr. Ferdomakan talked to me directly and I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt like I was in GREAT hands!

My experience at "By the Lake Dental - Ajax" was good. They maintained the appointment time, I didnt have to wait. Even before my appointment day, they checked with my insurance and let me know what will covered and what not. On the day of my visit, Dr. Ferdosmakan did a full check up and explained the status to me. I am very happy with their services. Went for a full dental exam and cleaning, both Dr. Afson and the Brianna the dental hygienist were wonderful. They were polite and friendly, took time to explain all the procedures beforehand. The facility had lots of COVID precautions in place during my visit.

I was impressed with my first visit. They were extremely thorough in doing the initial exam, X-rays, photos and even compiling a digital 3D model of my mouth. The office is very nice (and new) and there are massage chairs in the waiting area. Great experience so far.

I was welcomed the moment I came in by the receptionist. The dental asisstant was very helpful and friendly. After all the X-rays and images Dr. Afson came in and was so nice and professional. The location is not hard to find, and there is plenty of parking. It is small but spacious, and the amenities are top notch and modern. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was prepped before going to see my hygienist and dentist, and prepped post appointment as well. Both the hygienist and dentist walked me through what I could expect and encouraged if I had any questions or if I needed to stop at any time due to any discomfort. Very professional overall. Definitely would recommend to anyone living in Ajax or neighboring cities to check it out and talk to the staff to get a feel for the place.
