I understand that they would like patients to have that feeling of not spending the day at the dentist, but I feel like my 40 minute visit was more quick than thorough. In the past, my hygienists have done more thorough cleanings and been gentler. I’m grateful I ended up going to see Dr Zach, he is great. Takes his time to explain everything and really listens to you. The receptionist is also very nice and sweet. She works hard to get you all the info you need before getting anything done. They are great to follow up with you and easy to contact. Of note, if your GPS takes you to what looks like an apartment complex you are in the right spot.
