    Dr. Sharma is the sweetest! She puts you at ease immediately and is very thorough with your exam and any questions you may have. The staff is also amazing; Hattie did a fantastic job with my cleaning and xrays and the front desk was also very accommodating. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had.

    Since it had been years since I've been to the dentist, I had x-rays done and I'm very thankful that they did. Dr. Sharma sat down and explained everything that needed attention in the x-rays as well as my condition of teeth-grinding. Everything was explained clearly and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and did their best to make me feel comfortable.

    Dr. Dimple Sharma showed the most care and genuine consideration for my oral / dental health than from any other dentist I’ve seen before. I always considered my dental hygiene to be very strong, and thought I was 100 % in the clear in terms of my dental / gum health. Dr. Sharma took the time to explain where I could be stronger & healthier, and devised a plan to get me there. On top of that, all of the staff at this dentistry were really good at what they do and super kind and friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

    Dentist who asks questions, wonders about how you sleep and what's going on in your environment. I've already been to a sleep study, have a new day time mouth guard, addressing issues that haven't even been mentioned let alone addressed by other dentists (quite shocking actually). Dr. Sharma and staff (Gail, Hattie, Stephanie, so many good people) made sure I understood what they were saying, showed me proof of it and didn't ask me to do unnecessary things (e.g. replacing current fillings) that others have strongly recommended. As a patient, I was empowered to say which options I wanted. Everyone answered a lot of questions from me. Friendly, communicative, got to text (and meet Opencare rep) at the front desk. Amazing, friendly, efficient... Great experience. I referred someone who is extremely dentist-shy. Dr. Sharma will take good care of her, I'm sure.

    Dr Sharma was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail during my appointment. She made sure I didn’t have any questions before we finished up, and created a treatment plan with my input while keeping my insurance in mind. I enjoyed my visit to Dr Sharma as much as one can enjoy a visit to the dentist! I highly recommend and will continue to be a patient of theirs.

    Like many people, I truly hate having a dental cleaning. But Dr. Sharma and her whole team gave me the ABSOLUTE best care - possibly I’ve ever had in healthcare. Dr. Sharma clearly explained everything to me, was kind and compassionate, and treated me as a person, not just a patient to deal with for an hour. I could not recommend her more!

    I’m so glad I changed dentist. I was putting off all my dental works because I have to pay a huge amount of out of pocket expense. But to my surprise this new dentist/dental practice informed me that my insurance is on a fee schedule and their practice covers 100% for preventive and basic services, except for major works. So, now I'm fixing to have some basic services done all covered by my insurance. It pays to go to a dental practice which is In Network and helps you achieve a beautiful smile goals

    I have extreme dental anxiety and a whole lot of dental trauma including broken and missing teeth. I walked in and essentially started crying but Dr. Sharma and her staff, especially Alex were super encouraging and kind and helped me come up with a plan and options for my oral care. Their approach is open and honest and I was aware of all costs, appointments and choices in front of me. Couldn’t recommend Grand Oaks Dentistry more!

    Best dental experience I have ever had. My husband and I both had work and cleaning here today and highly recommend her. The power went out and entire system went down but they handled it seemlessly. She even offered to watch my daughter when I had to pick her up half way through my rescheduled appointment. The past few years we have been going to various fancy non-dentist owned dental places with rotating dentists with hit or miss service and questionable care. We're happy to have found a quality dentist and staff!

    Great experience, everyone was very friendly and made you feel at ease. Treatment plan was explained in detail and broken down into manageable payments and timelines. Dr. Sharma was empathetic and knowledgeable, and conservative in treatment where it counted most.

    I liked Dr. Sharma and her staff. Everyone was down to earth and friendly. Dr. Sharma was straight to the point and thorough regarding my dental needs and recommended treatments. I have future treatments already scheduled and look forward to returning for another good experience.

    I went to Dr. Sharma to get my teeth cleaned. She noticed that I had a shadow in between my teeth. Fearing an infection, she referred me to a specialist so that I could get it looked over before any other dental work. I really appreciated how up front everyone at the office was and the actual care they had for me, as my last dentist missed the shadow. I will definitely be back to Dr. Sharma.

    The initial appointment included impressions for a new night guard and x-rays and photographs of my teeth, followed by a full discussion of the issues seen and laying out the suggested plan for repairing those issues, and the prices for each item. It was very professional, collaborative, and the staff are awesome to work with and obviously enjoy their work.

    Everybody at the office was so nice! Dr. Sharma was very informative and sweet. She answered all my questions and went over a plan for my teeth in detail. The ladies in the front office were so funny and accommodating. I really enjoyed my trip to the dentist if you can believe it. Don’t look at another doctor just go here! You won’t regret it.

    The appointment started on time, I got X-rays (which were explained in great detail). Had the best cleaning I’ve ever had. I had some sensitivity after which I expected since they did such a thourough job (and also they told me it may happen). I have never been to any medical/dental appointment and been walked through everything as patiently and clearly as this office. They were really great.

    I told the staff that i was concerned about the xrays being uncomfortable because i had swelling on the roof of my mouth. The dentist and dental assistant were able to accommodate me and take a limited # of xraus. The dentist also took time to look at the soft palate swelling and let me know more information about it.
