Dr. Adam Chapnick

Dr. Adam Chapnick was born to be a dentist. He grew up in a family of more than 13 dentists, including his father, grandfather, uncles, cousins and great-uncles. After attending the University of Western Ontario for three years studying honours level kinesiology, Dr. Chapnick was accepted to the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. In that first year, he received his introduction to dentistry and completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. During his years as a dental student he served as secretary, vice president and president of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity, student chapter. He continued to study dentistry with a minor focus on pediatrics and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1996 from SUNY at Buffalo. Over the past 12 years, he has maintained his family’s tradition of professionalism and dedication to continuing education, expanding his post-graduate training at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. His affiliation with the Academy for Sports Dentistry led to his providing treatment for members of the Toronto Blue Jays Baseball club in the clubhouse and in private practice. Dr. Chapnick is also a certified Lumineers® dentist, which allows him to provide the most modern esthetic and smile design therapy.
