Dr. Munira Jivraj

With training in aesthetic reconstruction, advanced anterior aesthetics, and full mouth aesthetic reconstruction, Dr. Munira Jivraj is passionate about helping her patients achieve their best smile. For Munira, cosmetic dentistry is not just about helping patients improve their appearance; it’s about improving the health of their teeth, building their self-confidence, and increasing their quality of life. As such, she’s a huge advocate for the social, health, and restorative benefits of cosmetic dentistry – including the potential benefits to her patients’ overall wellbeing. Munira performs full mouth rehabilitation procedures, including cosmetic procedures such as whitening treatments, orthodontics, veneers, crowns, and bridges. The CEREC Dental Crown machine offers the ultimate in digital dentistry technology and the convenience of having crowns placed in one visit. With CEREC technology, patients can be in and out in one visit. Having worked at clinics in Edmonton and England, Munira brings a wealth of clinical experience to the practice. Her passion for community involvement means she is constantly seeking out opportunities to engage with and give back to the community. This has led her to participate in organizations such as the Famous Five Foundation, the Women and Wellness Conference Committee, and the Aga Khan University Fund Raising Campaign Team for Calgary. Most recently, she supported the development, design, and construction of a state-of-the-art dental clinic at the Aga Khan University, Nairobi. Dr. Munira Jivraj is an active member of numerous professional associations, including the Alberta Dental Association, the B.C Dental Association, and the Canadian Dental Association, and is a recipient of the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Momentum Award demonstrating her commitment to empowering women in the workplace. She is the creative force behind our team and approaches every project with a positive attitude and a friendly smile.
