Dr. Priyank Karkar

Dr. Priyank Karkar was born and raised in India. In 2012 he completed the Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Faculty of Dental Sciences, Dharmsinh Desai University. Shortly after graduation, he began his journey to Canada, where he studied dental hygiene in Thunder Bay, Ontario. While practicing dental hygiene Dr. Karkar, successfully completed the National Dental Examination Board of Canada equivalency, and obtained his license to practice dentistry in 2016. He strongly believes in preventive dentistry and likes to build long term relationships with his patients, and encourages them to become informed participants in their own oral health care. Being an outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Karkar selected Calgary, the heart of the Canadian Rockies, to be his home. He loves to travel and in his spare time, you can find him enjoying outdoor activities like skiing, rafting, and hiking. He is also an astrophile and stargazing is one of his favourite diversions from his daily routine.
