What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
Coming to the dentist can be a very stressful experience for some people as I have experienced it myself. I want to treat patients the way I want to be treated. My goal is to build long-term relationship with my patients through comfort, compassion, transparency, and high quality dentistry.
What are you and your team proud of at your practice?
I strive to provide high quality dental care with advanced technology and with our compassionate team. I care about patient's comfort first and will do everything to make sure their anxiety and pain goes away. I use dental microscope, digital scanners, cbct, electric hand pieces, and intra-oral cameras in our office to treat and diagnose patients. I am proud that I use the state of the art technology to achieve the best outcome.

I came in because I started to feel pain and his schedule was open. I asked for a dental plan to see how much it would cost to fix all my remaining issues. He organized it by what he thinks needs to get done asap and least problematic at the end. He also shows you how much he charges, how much the insurance will cover and how much I pay out of pocket. His chart was super helpful. The technology (pictures of every issue he mentioned, Netflix on to distract me) was very helpful in getting me on the same page. Staff was great and Dr. Jin was efficient and clear. My only regret is not asking what x-rays I needed instead of just going with the flow. They have a friendly receptionist (I didn't catch her name, sorry ) Chris, the head assistant helped me feel very comfortable and Dr. Maeng was a kind and experienced professional. I booked a same day appointment and the hours they have worked great with my schedule. The office was clean and tidy with modern X-rays and entertainment options. I was walked clearly through my treatment plan and Dr. Maeng even waived a portion of my bill. All in all, I had a great first experience with Urban Smiles which was really important because I hadn't been to one in so long because of a horrible one. I would definitely recommend! There's also a Jewels right across from this location which made filling my pain prescriptions easy! Thanks again! My scheduled cleaning and exam was thorough yet quick - perfect to get in and out on my lunch break. Jin was friendly and calming.
