Dr. Carley Janda has always been intrigued by the human smile. She understands its ability to improve health and overall quality of life. She believes a confident smile, with its ability to elevate the energy in a room, is the most simple and powerful expression. With this belief in mind, Dr. Janda has devoted her professional and personal life to lifting the smiles of others.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

My path in dentistry has been unique, with experiences as the dentist at Buena Vista Correctional Facility, volunteer dentist in rural Guatemala, resident dentist of complex dentistry in a hospital setting, and dual-staff dentist in a private practice and community health setting. I appreciate the complexities dentistry offers, though my favorite part is each patient’s individuality. I am excited to finally plant permanent roots in my neighborhood of patients with whom I share a grocery store!

City Roots is a relaxed environment with a crew that shares genuine care and motivation to improve people's overall health. We all enjoy working together.. it's just a happy place!

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating a diverse, colorful crowd. The interactions with people are truly my favorite. As for dental procedures, I can geek out on anything! It's always extra rewarding to treat a patient that may have neglected their oral health due to anxiety and watching their attitudes transform (and have a confident smile to back it up!).
