Dr. Potter was super chill and awesome, he clearly explained everything in detailed and really emphasized his wholistic approach to dental care which I so very much appreciate! The entire process was very straight forward, no hidden fees. He made sure I knew exactly what the cost was, then asked for my consent before proceeding with anything. I would highly reccomend and I'll definitely be returning back to Dr. Potter!

The office was a bit dirty - mud on the floor, dust on equipment, water stains on the ceiling, and a lot supplies lying around. I understand they are newly open to the public and they are short staffed. Overall the professionalism and care was good. I suspect they will be more organized both as a physical space and with their time/patient management as they grow. I will return and look forward to watching them grow!

Never known a dentist to spend so much time with a patient and even explain insurance details with me as a new immigrant! Great overall experience, loved the art on the walls and friendly staff! Already booked my next appointment!

I think Joey has good intentions but this was not the fit for me. I spent 95% of my time (over an hour) talking to him then the remaining 5% was the actual cleaning. When professional cleanings are done only every 6 months I want that to be the priority especially if I am missing work. I was told I might have 2-3 small cavities which was a scary thing to hear. I've had one cavity in my life and to be told "I might" did not make me feel comfortable.

Really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Potter. He took a lot of time to discuss expectations and to explain any findings. It certainly wasn't the quickest dental appointment I've ever had, but I felt like I was in good hands.

Dr. Potter is awesome. We had great conversation and he helped me get to a place where I was feeling good about what to do next. I highly recommend going here. It's got a great atmosphere and all the equipment in house to get whatever you need done. More than happy to go back

Dr. Potter was fantastic! Im used to a hygienist being my primary contact with only a few minutes of dentist time. Very much the get in, get out mentality. Dr potter took the time to get to know me, explain what was going on, options, concerns, everything i didnt know i wanted to know. To be fair, this process takes TIME so be prepared but i'll come back to doctor potter as long as my insurance covers him and as long as hes within an hour or two of me! Ive never had such a good experience, and frankly i didnt know going to the dentist COULD be so personalized. Will reccomend him to everyone i know.

Great experience, good office/location. One thing worth noting is that you will likely have to schedule a follow-up visit for the actual cleaning because the initial appointment often only allows enough time for the consultation and exam.

He was thorough and explanatory with his work and very accommodating to all my needs. 10/10 rating. I will no doubt refer all my friends and colleagues to his practice.

A very modern, spacious, comfortable office. As a new patient, my appointment began with a consultation with Dr. Potter. He took the time to explain several questions I had, and was very personable. I'm used to the offices where you get rushed through a cleaning with dental hygienists and you get approximately 1 minute with the doctor, so this was a nice change.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I am always nervous trying new doctors but his team did a great job and made me feel like I was in good hands. He really took the time to explain everything that he was doing and made me more comfortable. I also really like the feel of his office. It’s clean but colorful with bright colors and paintings all over the walls.

I was a new patient of the Dental Collective and needed help with a badly chipped molar. Dr. Potter and his very great team were able to fit me in same day, as a new patient! All this and I had a new crown in place by the end of the day. FANTASTIC and unheard of in my experience. Dr. Potter made me feel super comfortable and informed every step of the way and did fantastic work with the drill! His practice is a family operation and is still pretty new but I expect they will build a loyal and large clientele soon as they are lovely people with a state of the art facility that doubles as an art gallery to boot. I am actually looking forward to my crown followup and semi annual cleaning next week.
