The front desk and their communication with me was awesome, they were very personable, nice, cool, (all the good descriptors), etc. To start, since it was my first time here, I did a bunch of X-rays. and the assistant(?) helping me was super nice and put a lot of effort to do it quickly for me. Then I finally met Dr. Rick who was also extremely nice and personable through the whole experience, making me feel comfortable the whole time. As far as the actual cleaning I had done, he did an awesome job and was very efficient and thorough about the whole thing. He also was great in answering all my questions, which was of course appreciated. The whole experience felt very refined, which I guess you can expect since he's been in the business for quite a number of years at this point.
