All the staff was welcoming and polite. Dr. Rudik cares for patient oral health, hygiene and takes concerns seriously. The facilities are high-end and well-taken care of. Overall great experience!

So impressed with this dentist and the staff. Very genuine and willing to answer questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Clear and reasonable about next steps, including seamless referrals to other professionals. After a recent experience with another dentist that left me lacking confidence in the treatment I received, it's nice to feel confident moving forward that my teeth will get the care they need. Dr. Rudik is proud of his staff and his practice. He made the effort to reschedule my appointment so that he could sit down with me and answered all my questions. He addressed my concerns and made me feel welcome. My comfort with dentistry and his staff was important to him.

The hygienist and dentist explained everything that they would be doing, offered a TV on the ceiling to watch any Netflix show you choose and help ease anxiety. The office is gorgeous.

Very welcoming. Provided an entire office tour and explained all the equipment and procedures that would be used. Office was very clean with the latest technologies allowing me to understand the health of my mouth. Staff was super friendly and calming. They had a very non-judgmental atmosphere and genuinely wanted to help.

My uncle was my dentist for the past 27 years and Dr Rudik is a perfect replacement. Very thorough, doesn’t push treatments and thoroughly explains everything to patients. I know many dentists and he is one of the best. Highly recommended. His hygienists are also top notch.

I haven't been to a dentist in years but had a really great experience with Dr Rudik at Mooselake Dental. The equipment is top notch, staff are very friendly, the office has a great feel to it, like going to the cottage... but for your teeth. Dr Rudik is super nice and did a great job explaining things in detail. So happy to have found my new dentist, I'm actually excited to go back!

I am a nervous patient with pain and the team made me feel very confident and at ease. They are awesome with my son, have a kids play area with a camera, a internet bar, two separate check in and out areas, a photo area for childrens check ups, a beautiful fireplace in the waiting area, even slippers for the winter. Dr. Rudik and his staff rock.

Only had one visit so far but am prepared for the next 3! Super friendly and warm environment, very stress-free and EDUCATIONAL! They really make you feel comfortable by teaching you about what's happening with your teeth, and explaining how they plan to improve it. 10/10 would recommend, unlike any other dentist that I've been to.

Excellent experience. Clean place. Everyone was friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. They do charge slightly more than the going rates for 2018 so you may want to check with your insurance coverages, otherwise there will be a difference. I will continue to go to him. Thank you.

I brought my son for his first dentist visit to Dr. Rudik and he had a great experience. My son enjoyed the camp playroom and the TV screens on the ceiling. This place is very child friendly.

First we did a tour of the whole office which was informative.Next thing to do was an X-Ray.In detail Dr.Rudik showed me my X-Ray on a big screen and we talked about the best solution.He is not about the money,he is about the health and welfare of the patient.This took place at 9:30 am.We decided that a complete upper denture was the best way to go.So at 7:00 pm I returned for a 3 tooth extraction.That was a very smooth operation.The good Dr.was very gentle and in a kind matter,he tells you were to position your head. From nummin the gums to the point where Dr. Rudik says it's all done was about an hour.I would also like to add that Kristi,his assistant knew her job very well. This whole experience stared with a very caring individual named Rachel,Dr.Rudiks secretary/receptionist.Rachel was thorough with her questions about what exactly was my problems and then together we came up with an appointment time. Actually Dr. Rudik and his team came in early on Aug 29th to consult with me. That right there tells you that your in for a wonderful,caring visit with "Moose" and his associates.

Dr. Moose as he likes to be called, was a great dentist, explains what his vision is about the clinic, makes it easy to become calm and offers a zen-like atmosphere to which anyone can relax. I loved going there and I'm going back for sure!

Dr. Radovan Rudik has tried to break away from the cold and clinical setting of the typical dentist office with his "Muskoka getaway" decor. He and his staff are just as welcoming; he took the time to explain how he does things differently and explain the "WHYs" behind at home dental care, such as flossing and brushing. While getting your cleaning, you can watch some Netflix, or watch your child with a live stream to the kids play area. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience and am glad I was able to find such a great dentist in my area.

My first experience was very warm and welcoming. The reception that I received from Rachel and Kersti when I first arrived was a notable experience as they were very pleasant to deal with. The atmosphere and decor were pleasantly unexpected and I was very impressed as soon as I entered the office. The attention to detail during the design process is apparent and spot on. Dr. Radovan Rudik and Kersti expressed an excellent bedside manner and seemed to work very well together during my exam. My experience was so enjoyable that not only will I be returning, I will be setting up an appointment for my 1-year-old son to start visiting as suggested by Dr. Rudik.

Went in and had fast service. As soon as I filled out my forms I went right in. I got a full tour of the office. It has a nice place for kids to play and a cam so you can keep an eye on them while your in the chair. Very nice people to talk to and communicate with. It has an excellent campground effect that looks awesome.

Dr. Rudik and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The office is the most comfortable dental office I've ever been in- everything was new and immaculately kept. I had a great experience going through my dental images with Dr. Rudik and addressing my concerns about dental health. I would recommend this office to anyone bored of going to the dentist, and especially those with young children.

I had been extremely extremely nervous for this initial dentist appointment as my experiences in the past with dentists were mostly scolding and instilling fear in me. Dr. Rudik was patient, understanding, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. He asked me what I was hoping for out this all, and came up with a treatment plan that worked best with my health and financials. I would give Dr. Rudik 10 stars if I could. You can tell he really loves what he does, cares about his "campers", and has put much thought and care into his practice. I'm excited to finally get my dental health on track, and grateful for such an awesome dentist to do so!

The entire staff was friendly and family like. Dr Radovan gave me a tour of the lodge and explained his concept to making dentistry not feel like going to the dentist. I really enjoyed the personal touch. His explanation of everything they were doing and why helped...the photos aided the explanations... My big thing was my last dentist was not a good experience...This was a painless experience...Now i'm not at all adverse to going back to Moose Lake. My Insurance provider received the transmission from the office and money was in my account within 2 days Highly recommended
