The doctor gave me breaks but still pushed through for a thorough cleaning. The front desk attendant was nice and personable. After being greeted I was led to the assigned room where the cleaning procedure was to take place by the dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was very professional and informative making me feel at ease. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Sara Riad for my assessment, who went over my oral health. She explained everything in great detail making it easy for me to understand. Overall I was impressed by the service that was offered by this organization and their staff. Dr. Al Dabbagh provides superior craftsmanship not only correcting my previous fillings but improving on aesthetics and sensitivity of my teeth. It was truly an amazing experience I remember saying after she finished " That was the best dental experience" Reading Dr. Al Dabbagh's reviews inspired me, and her dental care exceed both the previous positive reviews and my expectations. I forgot to ask the lady’s name who is always smiling and pleasant to talk to. Dr. Yara and her assistant, Susan, made me feel at ease and felt like I am just at home. Dr. Yara was thorough with her examination and her hands are feather-light that made my trip to the dentist a pleasant one. Joyce, my dental hygienist did an excellent job. Very thorough and she has a feather-light hands as well. The staff is friendly and provide everything you need for a fast straight forward appointment. The team takes many precautions to alleviate any COVID concerns and made the entire visit feel safe. Being a new patient I needed to go through the whole set of XRAYS and and regular checkup and cleaning. Super smooth and easy. I will be coming back in 6 months. Everyone was wearing PPE and taking covid precautions very seriously and abiding by the guidelines set by the College of Dental Surgeons. I liked having the expectations communicated to me before I arrived, SMS appt reminders, and explanation of all the procedures. The facility and equipment are very new. I especially appreciated the extra time Dr. Hwang and Ying (hygienist) took to explain the terminology and what they saw to make certain diagnosis.
