About
Dr. Park completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. Upon graduation, she earned her degree with honours and was also awarded Albert E. Webster Memorial Scholarship, which is given to the most outstanding student in clinical Restorative Dentistry of the year. Dr. Park has particular interests in Cosmetic Dentistry, Endodontics (root canal treatment), and Oral Surgery, having taken many continuing education courses to broaden her scope of practice. She is an advocate for patient-centred dental care, being easily approachable and caring for her patients. Dr. Park holds certifications in Conscious Sedation Modalities (nitrous oxide, oral sedation) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), the Ontario Dental Association (ODA), and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). In her spare time, Dr. Park enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and painting

The doctor took photographs of all my teeth, and was able to show me the overall positive condition of my teeth and, as well, the teeth that needed support. I left knowing I now had a thorough grasp of the shoring up that was needed immediately and what could wait a little while. I ignored one cavity a few years back, that could have been easily fixed then, but because I left it...I then needed a crown. Stay on top of the changing condition of any teeth! A simple filling will always be better than an extraction, or an expensive crown. I hadn't seen a dentist in 4 years because of financial stress, and my teeth were in serious trouble. Dr. Park and her efficient assistants were able to do thorough assessment in less than an hour, and map out a treatment plan for me. The hygienist was also able to determine that some of my prescriptions were causing dry mouth, which was speeding up the rate of tooth damage and decay. She was then able to point out a number of remedies to help prevent this problem from progressing.
