Aside from the aesthetically pleasing detailed interior, The team took care of me from the moment I walked into the building to the moment I walked out. Everything went very smooth! Madison the receptionist, whom is very nice, helped me sort out all the details for my appointment promptly, Dr. Kosta answered all my questions in detail and helped me find a new toothpaste. Dental Assistant Maria made the XRAY experience smooth, efficient and relaxing. Not forgetting to mention Melanie, the Hygienist, worked wonders in my cleaning and made the whole experience comfortable. Big shoutout to Glasshouse for their professionalism and for providing a great experience. 10/10 would recommend this practice. Looking forward to my next appointment. Everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist has been friendly, and excellent with customer services. Dr. Swaida does a great job with educating his clients, and is friendly man; he making them feel more, comfortable with the idea of having a bunch of speared tools, in your mouth. During the Covid pandemic they continue to provide excellent services! While your appointment is going on, you can watch Netflix or listen to music, with a large glass window to let in plenty of light. They have wifi and can even book reservations for after your appointment! The waiting area has a nice fireplace and TV, and normally there is water or tea available! Not only was Dr. Nedamat knowledgable and willing to explain everything he was doing as he did it (to make sure I understood my current oral health), but he also focussed on exactly what steps I could take to take better care of my teeth, rather than explaining what most people regularly do. My exam was focussed on my individual needs, and my cleaning was thorough and efficient. Immediately after filling out some information, my cleaning session started with Elizabeth, who's the manager as well as hygienist. She made me feel comfortable and was informative of what's to come at every step during the cleaning and continuously checked on how I was doing. I was then given a full assessment by Dr. Swaida. Dr. Swaida was friendly, patient and knowledgable. He educated me on the state of my dental health and the different options on how I can proceed with my dental procedures.
