I got to my appointment, filled out all the paperwork, was then told that actually they didn't have time for a cleaning but would do a check-up... I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and then decided to leave. This office didn't keep my appointment type or appointment time, which is incredibly frustrating.
