The office is easy to get to, good parking right in front of the door. The interior is inviting, and the administrator and hygienists are very warm and reassuring. There are numerous TVs around, always giving your eyes something to wander to if you need a distraction. At no point was I sitting in front of a large exterior window with all the world to watch my cleaning in progress. The staff did very well in explaining what they are doing, and even took photos of before and after their work and walked me through the progression. They laid out a plan for me, and were very clear on explaining the next steps in my care, and what to expect. The check out process is hassle free, with direct invoicing to my insurance, and another good process of explaining what is covered by whom and how much. Definitely a positive experience and I will be referring anyone in my area who is looking for a new dentist.
