Dr. Golriz explained all the problems I had after the check-up. She went the extra mile to ensure I was provided with accurate treatment. I would have loved it more if the doctor could review the X-ray results and cavities from the diagnosis with me. But I am sure she would have if I had asked. She made sure to accommodate my request to perform a procedure the same day rather than coming again another day.

Excellent practitioner who obviously puts he patients' best interests over her own. Very honest and forthright in her advice, which is so refreshing in these times of emphasis on profits. Couldn't have asked for anyone better than Dr. Sanei.

for a 1st time dental visit, it went really well and Dr. Sanei was very professional yet very warm and she ensured to carry me along on the procedures and also advised on some daily dental care going forward. she was really helpful

Great experience. The staff was very patient even though I had a really bad gag reflex. Would highly recommend for people have a similar issue. Hygienist was also very skillful. Scaling was done with minimal pain.

She is very friendly and lets the patient know what’s happening. I find the communication very comforting and therefore have scheduled follow up appointments with her as well. I would highly recommend.

Great dentist. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, modern facility and had great advice. The team was amazing, post covid19 they took every step ensure my safety. Proud to say she is my new dentist and i look forward to seeing them every 6 months!

Great experience! Very efficient and professional. Answered all of my questions in great detail and walked me through the entire process. I had not seen a dentist in several years and was quite nervous to begin with but the entire process was pleasant and painless.

The dental service under Dr. Golriz Sanei was excellent. Professional, caring and thorough. I recieved a good cleaning, x-rays and polishing, advice on flossing and keeping my gums healthy.

I really enjoyed my visit at this office. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and for the first time, I felt feet well informed by the dentist about my oral health. She explained what she was doing, why, and what results meant. As a result, I feel better informed and confident that I can do what’s best for my oral hygiene moving forward. They were also very accommodating in terms of pricing and insurance coverage. Thank you Dr. Sherman and associates!!! See you again in 6 months!

Dr. Sanei is absolutely wonderful. I’ve never had a dentist as kind and carrying as she was with me. She also explained everything she was going to be doing prior to doing so which was really reassuring and informative. 100% going back to them!!

Good location, upstairs but nearby parking. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Jenn was super friendly but the cleaning was super painful and despite no inflammation or issues there was a lot of blood. The x-ray tools had caused sharp indents in my mouth and were so painful it drew tears.

Dr. Sanei and her team were so welcoming, friendly, and professional. Although I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, I felt no judgement from them and they took their time explaining the process of the appointment. They do direct billing which is convenient and also gave me a Tim Hortons gift card as a thank you for being a new patient. Overall a great experience.

The dentist, hygienists and receptionist were all very professional and friendly, and I was very satisfied with the service I received as well as the communication. The office is very clean and comfortable and has a great view of the area. One possible downside would be the initial cost for new patients without insurance. Although everything is priced reasonably, new patients are required to go through an initial examination process at an additional expense before a cleaning appointment.

Really thorough Dentist. Didn’t feel rushed at all, nor like I was a child - I look like I’m 12 and am 5 feet tall. Clean facility, easily accessible by transit and great location / view!

I was pleased with the very minimal wait time so the office must be very time conscious. Dr. Ki explained everything he was doing and I left the office knowing what I could expect at furure appts. Great service from Dr. Ki, his Dental Assistant and Office Staff.

Very nice staff who answered my questions and were patient with me. I have tourette syndrome and autism which sometimes makes dentist appointments hard, but Dr. Ki and associates were undertanding and accomodating.

The staff were efficient, polite and helpful. Dr Sanei is the most considerate and wonderful dentist. She kept me calm even when I nervous, she informed me of everything beforehand . Any questions I had were answered by her .

Having not seen a dentist a while, I was extremely nervous to visit. Heck, dentists in general make me anxious. However, I found the staff at the clinic to be extremely friendly (Wendy at the reception was very nice!) and my dentist, Kelly, was accommodating to my needs. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and helped calm my nerves. (She even put up with my nervous banter and terrible jokes, which was nice.) Overall a great experience! By the end, I had already decided I wanted this to be my family dentist and recommended it immediately to my partner when I got home. Already scheduled my next visit, too, so I’ll be back! Thank you!

Dr. Ki is knowledgeable and friendly and put me at ease despite my dislike of the dentist's chair. The office is clean, bright and convenient and the staff were very helpful. Daytime availability is good and schedules are flexible, perfect for those with not much time during the day.
