Dr. Maneet Ahlawat

Dr. Maneet Ahlawat is currently practicing as Principal Dentist at Kanata Highlands Dental Care. She was born and raised in India. She lived and taught dental subjects in England before coming to Canada. Dr. Maneet Ahlawat received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree in 2005. After moving to Canada with her family, she achieved her NDEB Qualification & start practicing Dentistry in Ontario, followed by a Dental Implant Residency. Dr. Maneet Ahlawat has achieved certifications in Moderate Oral Sedation, Implant Placement & Oral Surgery. Professionally, she is an active member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, Ottawa Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and Royal College of Dentists of Ontario. Dr. Maneet Ahlawat has practiced dentistry in the Toronto and Ottawa areas and prides herself not only on her skills as a dentist but her honesty and compassion as well. “I aim to treat each and every patient as I would treat my closest family members. That means listening to and understanding their fears and concerns, treating them gently and with compassion, and recommending only the dentistry that benefits them.” Dr. Maneet Ahlawat is a dentist with a conservative mindset and will only advise procedures that are in the patient’s best interest. She creates a very friendly, comfortable and anxiety-free environment in the dental office. Dr. Maneet Ahlawat resides in Kanata with her husband and their two children, Miira & Jaiho. They enjoy the proximity to the park and the water and are often found at the playground with kids, enjoying yoga, or just out enjoying the restaurants and shops around the neighbourhood.
