Dr. Fariba N. Safavi has 30+ years of experience in the dental field as a practicing dentist and as a dental researcher and instructor. After moving to Toronto in 2009, Dr. Safavi obtained her second DDS from the University of Toronto. She continued practicing general and cosmetic dentistry in the city of Toronto and in the Pickering area. Dr. Safavi has extensive knowledge and experience with prosthodontics including fixed partial and removable dentures, implant-supported restorations and TMJ care but she still takes part in continuing education courses so she could provide the most up-to-date dental treatments. Dr. Safavi’s competency as a health care professional doesn’t stop short of her technical know-how and experience. During her years as a practicing dentist, Dr. Safavi has earned a lot of respect and trust from her patients because of her caring persona. Dr. Safavi believes that working with her patients is the best possible way to improve their oral health.

They explained what everything meant as I was being examined, they made solid recommendations to help me with my oral care and they did so with compassion. I wasn't scolded or made to feel ashamed of anything I had failed to do correctly.
