This is definitely a top-notch dental office. Their equipment is state of the art and the facility itself was spotless which is not that common from my previous experiences. I made my appointment online and when I came in, the wait was non-existent.

The front desk person (I forgot her name) was very welcoming, explained everything in detail and before it happened which relaxed me, and I loved the written proposal. It was easy to understand and had a picture showing which teeth were being worked on. Though it's human to err, I did not like that the previous patient's name and x-rays were on the TV in front of me for several minutes before the assistant noticed. She did apologize and took it off when she noticed but by then, I had been in the chair quite some time. I don't like carelessness. The doctor was ok. He did explain my exam results and was slightly rougher than my last dentist. I forgot to ask about the health of my gums and he didn't mention it to me. I was used to my previous hygienist just telling me after a cleaning.

Dr. Mori and Julia are fantastic! They make a really great team. From the moment I walked in the door, Julia was warm and welcoming. I had a new patient appointment, and admittedly had not been to the dentist for a couple years. After a bunch of x-rays and a physical exam of my mouth by Dr. Mori, he talked me through the good and the bad - areas he saw that concerned him. But, even better, he prioritized what needed to be done now, what could wait a bit, and what we could just monitor over the next few cleanings. He's honest, thorough, and informative, and really takes the time to meet and treat you - he's not in a hurry and he wants you to feel comfortable. Julia is so nice, and just chatting with her calmed me down before my last cleaning. You can tell she really cares about what she does, she explains what to expect during the treatment or cleaning, and listens to how you respond or the questions you ask. Neither of them are pushy or preachy, they take a gentle guidance approach to getting you to better oral health. Now, I'm not so scared to go to the dentist anymore! Thanks Dr. Mori and Julia!

For my first visit, I was the only person in the office. They did x-rays, took pictures, cleaned my teeth, and then went over details of issues they found. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice.

I went in for a painful, chipped molar. I was given plenty of options on treatment. Dr. Mori and his staff were incredibly patient and helpful in answering all my questions. I decided to go with another extraction and everything went very smoothly. I'm very happy with Blue Mountain so far!

I am so happy I found Blue Mountain Dentistry! I was impressed from the moment I walked up to the front desk, where I was greeted promptly and felt very welcomed. The exam rooms are clean and well-outfitted, it felt very modern compared to the last several offices I've been through. My exam and cleaning went very well, there was no discomfort and I felt like it was very thorough. Dr. Mori is fantastic -- he explained a lot and kept me updated on what he was doing during my exam. I was also happy to receive so much information after my evaluation, because it leaves me confident that my dental health is in good hands. Great care in a very friendly and warm atmosphere, I don't think I could ask for more in a dental office!

Dr. Mori is amazing. He went into great detail during my xrays and answered any questions I had without being annoyed. He was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. His dental hygienist, Julia, was an absolute pleasure to be around. So friendly and caring. I 100% will be returning and recommending him to all my friends.

I was stuck at work late and then stuck in traffic... 30 minutes late but blue mountain staff still welcomed me in and took their time to provide quality care. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite awhile and they didn’t make me feel like a terrible person for it. Dr. Morteza thouroughly explained all of my xrays and answered all of my questions. Great office space and high tech equipment. Will definitely be returning!

They slowly walked me through the process and explained everything along the way. Additionally they gave me a personalized treatment plan to manage the work ahead and maximize my insurance. I had deep cleaning done and Dr. Morteza was the first dentist to make my experience painless that I don't have a problem seeing the dentist anymoe. I avoid the dentist but not anymore. I've been needing a good cleaning in a while. Like most people I don't like going to the dentist. I mean, they don't scare me, but I just really dislike the uncomfortableness of it all. The doctor and Julia are absolutely fantastic. It was so easy for them to look up my insurance and set my first appointment. The office is clean and modern and had little bottles of water available to drink. Julia was very patient with me when taking x-rays which I hate because it makes me gag so much but she made the best out of the bad situation. The doctor explained everything I needed to know about my treatment and eased my anxiety about being numbed for my next visit. I normally hate going to the dentist, but this office and staff may have me liking it a lot more! Julia is so professional and yet friendly and even shared some pics of her doggies with me. I’m not dreading my return visits at all.

Dr. Mori and Julia were very nice and easy to talk to. They are very thorough with their work, and took many images and x-rays and explained the good and bad of what they were seeing in my teeth. Their strong teamwork was apparent and it comforted me to know that they were paying close attention to their work and took great care in it. His staff took real good care of me. I hate dentist because of needles and bad experiences. Doctor took real care to watch my pain levels and my heart rate. I'm surprised I didn't know about him before. His office caught me off guard on where it is, but it makes me glad that he's there.

Was a new patient and needed a ton of x-rays. It was recommended I get some deep cleanings. There was one female staff member and the Dr. who serviced me that day. The staff member was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The Dr. did a great job on my deep cleaning. No pain discomfort whatsoever (still wouldn't consider it a fun experience). Glad I found this office on OpenCare. They are open late and on weekends which suits my 9-6 work hours.
