Listed out several "problems" with my teeth that I've never heard from any other dentist as if I wasn't sitting right there. Trying to push products I don't feel I need. The office even covers the difference in cost that insurance doesn't cover for cleanings, so long as you stick with the plan they prescribe. It's all about preventative care, which everyone in the healthcare world really should get behind.
