The biggest upside of this place is that they care about you, take their time and explain everything thoroughly and carefully including your other options and your benefits. After filling out the documents, they took some X-rays and then Dr. Lum started to examine my teeth. He talked about what my needs are, what are the options and how the process works. We created a long term plan to take care of my needs, one at a time, and then Dr. Lum started to clean my teeth. Overall, it took me about 2 hours but I do not have any complaints about anything. Very friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease. Maryann at the reception desk is really sweet, she stayed on the phone with me as my headphones kept cutting out…4 times. Most would have hung up after the 2nd time. Not only did my teeth get clean, but I had a good time (something I never thought I would say after going to the dentist).

I've had anxiety about it and the longer I waited, the more likely it was that I was never going to see a dentist again. Opencare was great because it gave me an incentive to just do it. Dr. Robert Lum was great because he completely removed the anxiety and gave me a great teeth cleaning and check-up. As it turns out, my teeth weren't in as bad of a shape as I thought and I really just needed to floss more (not a surprise).
