Clean office, nice team, seemingly knowledgeable staff. This is not the place if you need a luxurious or modern dentist, but it does the job as good as anyone else.

I had a really good appointment that was easy to book and right by the bus stop. The staff and Dr at this practice did a thorough examination of my dental health and explained everything in detail and with care. There was also a plan for the next steps in a way that fits my budget and time. Service was very friendly, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

I felt immediately comfortable when I walked in. They took great care in welcoming me after not being to a dentist in over 10 years. They took x-rays and photos of each tooth and reviewed them with me. Made a plan and appointments for care next month, and they will contact my insurance company for pre-auth and send me an estimate for those services by email.

All the staffs there are friendly and dr. Shane Shidu is very nice and very professional, he works gentle, fast and accurate. Their clinic is walking distance from my house. I’ll definitely comeback to take care my teeth. Highly recommended

I had my first visit with this office, and my first dentist appointment in two years. Dr. Sushi was very kind and attentive in making sure I was comfortable. Beyond that, he did a very thorough check on my gum health and a thorough cleaning, and gave me great recommendations on how to keep maintaining my oral health. This was my best dentist visit in a long time, I really liked this practice!

Dr. Sidhu was very thorough during my comprehensive exam. I've had pain in my upper left side for a while and no one could figure out why or give me a good explanation. Dr. Sidhu was able to suggest the reason for the discomfort. I recommend!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, and I was a little nervous going in, but everyone was so friendly and understanding and made me feel extremely comfortable. Debbie in particular helped answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything they were suggesting before getting started. I'm a dentist's worst nightmare: anxious patient and haven't visited a dentist for years. But Shane and Debbie (I think that's her name) were awesome. Explained terminology and why they did certain things, and very warm and friendly people overall. Everything from the awesome check-in/check-out gal to the dental work itself was great!!

Had a great experience here! Dr. Sidhu really takes his time to explain things to you in an easily understood way and makes sure you know what is going on before moving on the the next thing. I have never had a dentist before that took the time to take pictures of all of my teeth and go through the photos with me and explain what he is seeing and why/how it got like that. Would definitely recommend!!

I was very impressed with the way everyone introduced themselves when they came in to do a check up. I loved the way you get to see your own x-rays immediately and the way Dr. Sidhu and his coworkers explained everything they were doing. Each person asked if I needed a break while working on my teeth, and knew how anxious people can be at a dentist. I'm definitely going back for more appointments in the future!

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Shane Sidhu. He, and his team, were very careful, respectful and provided as pain-free experience as is possible. He explained what he was seeing and what he recommended in a very clear and easy to understand way. I usually show up for a cleaning like a wayward church-goer arrives at church, penitent and looking for absolution. My first visit at the "Ballard Neighborhood Dentist" (Dr. Shane Sidhu) felt more like a "welcome home" than an oral hygiene judgement session. No guilt, even though I'm a wayward flosser! Yay! Highlights of my visit, in order of appearance: 1 - there is off street parking (see note below), as well as free street parking adjacent (for up to 2 hours) 2 - friendly and authentic receptionist = a plus 3 - cool fishtank in the lobby (and water, and a little fridge I have yet to explore...does it contain treats? MAYBE!) 4 - really awesome photography throughout the whole office 5 - down to earth, competent dental hygienist whose confidence and assuredness (and lack of judgement with all my tartar, plaque, and general mouth-malaise) made me feel like a normal human being; plus she had engaging personality and didn't ask too many questions that I couldn't answer with all those hoses in my mouth = huge plus 6 - capable and communicative dentist who is able to convey a message in easy to understand language (and without a feeling of associated "you really should floss more" judgement)...but everyone SHOULD floss more. :) 7 - state of the art everything: they even took photos of each of my teeth. Have YOU ever seen a picture of your back molar from your tongue's point of view? It's cool. 8 - great follow-up (they researched what my insurance would pay for a night guard, and helped me through the decision making process there BEFORE I financially committed to anything) = win *word to the new: there is a parking lot just north of the building where Dr. Sidhu's office is located. The sign you see when driving by points to the PARKING LOT, not to the front door of the dental office. Don't be like me and try to get in through the....staff entrance? Speakeasy door? Hard to say, as it was locked. I was confused. Then I went to the sidewalk. And opened the door. Doh. All in all: glad I switched dentists. Loved their everything.
