Over all a good experience for a first no complaints. I was greeted and taken care of right away. I was told they had free parking in the back accessed from the alley, nice to know even if I live .5miles from it.

He was very understanding about my fear of needles and the dentist in general. He also was very supportive in whatever decisions I made, with no pressure to do any type of service if I was not comfortable with it! The greatest dentist ever!

The hygenist was very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Shaw was calm and also easy to talk to. The front desk receptionist was open to anything that I needed for billing or costs. Parking was not the easiest though. Parking in rear was the best, so I was told.

Great! They were extremely helpful both with setting up the appointment and during the appointment. They seemed knowledgable and didn't seem to be pushing unnecessary work.
