The assistant was having a bit of an off day and struggled to get things working correctly which made for an uncomfortable initial experience. He took the time to explain what's going with my xrays, oral health, and preventative care, which I really appreciate. He even took time to do my teeth cleaning! However, the staff seem a little unorganized with equipment and where things were place. My hygienist and another hygienist (as it appears) had a little discrepancy about a missing part in the middle of my appointment, which was a bit of a distraction.
