I went in to see Dr. Arora with the knowledge that I was going to need to start a process with an oral surgeon to fix four of my teeth. Wish my earlier dentist had taken the time to teach me this way earlier on. The receptionist and hygienist are all lovely and accommodating with insurance needs. The open care app malfunctioned and showed my appointment starting at 3pm instead of 2:45pm as I wasn’t aware the actual time of the appointment was different. I was grateful for the accommodation as the coordinator called me up to see where I was at at 2:45pm and she was able to squeeze me in to the shorter time frame. It was, however, Dr Arun was knowledgeable and calming, explaining the importance of getting through one part of the procedure that he couldn't do by hand. I was very pleased that there was now wait time upon arrival and I was in and out in less than an hour.
