Broadway Dental Clinic

The dental technician did an in depth cleaning of my teeth and highlighted the problems in my teeth. The cleaning process did not hurt and the technician made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. On top of that, an x-ray was also conducted. Dr Faghih is a great dentist and she consulted with me on the current status of my teeth. Would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone living in midtown.

A lovely office with even lovelier staff! You get to watch Netflix (your choice) while the wonderful hygienist does a very attentive and pain-free cleaning, then you switch rooms for x-rays and dental visit. I loved having everything explained to me, instead of the usual 'looks good' you get from most dentists. I already booked my next cleaning :)

I am usually very nervous about dental visits as I have had many that have no gone very good. I had one dentist I absolutely loved but after moving to Toronto it was getting a little ridiculous travelling back to St. Catharines for a dentist! So I found a Toronto dentist that had great reviews, unfortunately I did not have the same experiences as everyone else and it left me shy of dentists again. After a year away I used Opencare to find a new dentist close to home and it brought me to Dr. Faghih, I was scared but I knew for the sake of my dental health I had to try again. Boy, I am glad I did. She was nice and thorough and made me feel comfortable. She knew what she was doing and confirmed what I thought about the last dentist, they had screwed up one of my latest fillings and it will need to be replaced even though it is barely a year old. The office is modern and clean and has a super cute room for kids as well. Netflix is on the TVs above your face so you can keep yourself distracted while they work in your mouth. Overall, while being at the dentist is never a pleasant experience, this was as pleasant as it could have been. Thank you.

Dr. Faghih was able to get me in for an emergency exam the day after I sent the Opencare request. I was really happy to be able to be seen so promptly, and now I am awaiting a procedure which will take place on Friday. The office is very quaint, clean and welcoming. Hope to make this my new regular dental clinic.

Dr. Faghih and her team are excellent. The dental hygienist, Lory, is patient and took great effort to explain what she was doing and gave some genuinely helpful tips. My teeth cleaning with Lory left my teeth feeling and looking great. Following some x-rays and an exam, Dr. Faghih found a couple of cavities that she wanted to work on and she was able to schedule me for a next-day appointment. The fillings were as painless as possible and Dr. Faghih definitely showed more effort in making sure I was satisfied than dentists I've seen in the past. Dr. Faghih was able to show me some pictures of her work (odd feeling looking at pictures of the inside of your mouth). The amenities are a nice touch here - direct billing with my insurance company, TVs and Netflix in every room, water/coffee in waiting area and free WiFi. Dr. Faghih seems to specialize in child patients (judging from the stuffed animals, dinosaur mural in one room and various toys/books/video games in the waiting room) - however, I would not hesistate to recommend Dr. Faghih to anyone.

The staff was friendly and helpful while booking my first appointment. I really liked how the Dentist went through my X-Rays in detail and made me feel knowledgeable about my oral health. The Hygienist was so lovely and made my experience relaxing and actually enjoyable. I would recommend Broadway Dental to everyone and will continue to see them in the future. This was my first visit to a dentist in Canada. I was immediately put at ease by the warm and accommodating reception. My problem was not an easy one since half 0f my molar tooth was broken. Dr. Parsyeh took her time to rebuild the tooth. and it went very well. There was very little discomfort with minimal pain. I would definitely recommend her for my family and friends.

I was in the market for a new dental office, with a staff that does a proper thorough job of taking care of my dental hygiene with consideration for my well being. They are considerate towards my hygiene, health and budget. I loved meeting Michelle, the dental hygienist there and their amazing assistants, Jodie and Felicia. I appreciate their honesty and helpful tips and advice. I met with Dr. Afsaneh only once, but she advised me on what was best given my personal concerns. I look forward to going back to Broadway Dental Clinic. They have a great team there!

I went to the clinic for a check-up and cleaning. The staff was very professional. They put you at ease, explain in detail the results of the X-ray. They gave good advice of how to maintain an hygienic mouth to avoid cavity, use metaphor in order to understand. I would recommend this clinic.

This was a great first experience, I went in and right way the test began, X-rays and explanation on what was what and what needed to happen. They let me know everything. Then I proceeded to get a cleaning and enjoyed an episode on Netflix on the screen above. Overall a very good experience. 5 stars for sure 👍🏽

My appointment started 15 minutes late. It was a filling, but in the end it was well done. She made sure that I was satisfied with it until the session was over. There was even a TV on the ceiling so you could watch Netlflix during the operation, which is a bonus in my books.

Very friendly staff and great hygienist. Dr Faghih seemed very nice and helpful, but it was a short interaction/exam at the end of my visit, so I cannot comment on actual dental treatment. I would definitely keep going to this dental clinic though.
