About
Dr. Andrea Tagliaferro graduate in 1999 from one of Brazil's top dental schools, practising general dentistry extensively for several years, prior to moving abroad. She also has a Masters of Science in the study of Genomic Sciences and Biotechnology. When Dr. Andrea moved to Toronto, she worked with scientific research at Mount Sinai Hospital, while she prepared herself for the National Dental Examination Board of Canada. In 2016, she successfully completed her Dental Board requirements, receiving her dental accreditation to practice in Canada. In her spare time, she loves to read a good book, hike a beautiful trail, practice yoga and travelling with her husband.

When I mentioned preferring natural methods I wasn't shut down, like I am sometimes with other dentists, but she listened and gave her input on the different options. The office does take a lot of x-rays and offers many high tech options. The clinic has a really inviting atmosphere, everyone was social and comfortable. 2. The equipment they used to take xrays and other images was really high-tech and cool, and they were always super transparent about how everything worked. 3. When I had issues with my insurance company, the receptionist handled all of it with patience and kindness. 4. Andrea was incredibly thorough when she sat down with me after, really talking to me about my dental health in a way that no other dentist has. I feel like I really actually understand everything that is happening, and like I wasn't just being rushed around. I really can't overstate how much better I feel about her than I have any of my previous dentists. She was thoughtful in her answers to my questions. 5. Every level of the experience made me feel like I was in control, was being respected, and was understood. An excellent clinic overall

This office was so accommodating to my needs and has state of the art equipment. All aspects of the appointment were explained to me in great detail and it really calmed the situation. All of the staff including hygienists and front desk were excellent at explaining the process and tailoring services to my needs.
