    I generally despise my dental visits but the ladies at Dr. Bacic's office made it quick and painless. They made me very comfortable, the office was nice, and the appointment was pain free (which ultimately is my #1 criteria!). My only issue was they had a problem processing my insurance coverage. That meant I paid out of pocket. It's all supposed to happen electronically, so now I have to wait for the insurance company which is never fun. Not their fault, but not optimal for me either. So far, I would have no reservations recommending this office.

    I have very good things to say about this clinic. When I first walked in the decor is not a typical dental office. They have high ceilings, an all-white sterile interior and everything was brand new! After a very welcoming greeting and conversation with the front desk, which offered me a coffee as I waited for my appointment, I was taken into a very modern treatment room. There I was fully explained what to expect during my treatment. I was entertained by the TV that was offered to me in the dental room. After the painless appointment, the paperwork was all taken care for me.The staff was extremely pleasant through my whole visit. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this office. They are really there for you.

    I was called in for my cleaning half an hour after my cleaning appointment. Once the hygienist got started, I realized why: she was very, very chatty. The appointment probably took twice as long because she'd stop working to tell me things. They were things pertaining to dental health, but it was excessive.

  • Instant root canal

    I came in as a first time patient with a nasty tooth and walked out two hours later with the issue cleanly resolved. I was very happy about the clear explanations given for each procedure, open discussion of costs, and generally quick and efficient service.
