Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Hello all! I am happy to introduce myself: I am an experienced dentist with more that 26 years in the field after graduating in 1997 (in my home country of Romania) and again in 2002 (the University of Toronto). I have worked in different aspects of dentistry and I am comfortable with a large variety of procedures. The main compliment I receive from my patients is that I am very gentle and calm. I enjoy meeting people of all ages and learning about them. For me, my patients are my family and I treat them as such: with respect, honesty and with their best interest at heart.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

Even though our office specializes in general dentistry, my personal top 3 treatments I like to do are root canal therapy, preventive care and restorative dentistry. I am very experienced in Emergencies as I have worked in the field for more than 6years.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of the relaxed, friendly, efficient atmosphere we offer our patients. Our dental family includes patients of all ages that are treated with greatest care, we value your time and we appreciate that you have chosen us as your new dental office.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating all types of cases and I take pleasure when I can make a phobic patient to relax and even return to the dental chair with ease.

    I was going through a hard pain in my teeth and doctor Muntean did fix it beautifully through Root Canal. Doctor was very polite and kind by heart. She is my first dentist in Canada and I can refer Doctor Corina to anyone who would ask for a dentist.

    Had great covid-19 protocols. Hygienist for the cleaning was very nice. Explained exactly what she was doing and was friendly throughout. The dentist was very professional, and gave advice that previous dentists I've seen didn't bother with. Was in and out relatively quickly. Would definitely recommend.

    Dr. Corina Muntean is very professional in her work. She patiently suggested me solutions and things to watch out for while caring for my own dental health. The staffs are also very professional and they were all friendly and nice. The environment is very clean and precautions against COVID are very well prepared, and made my experience very comfortable and safe! :)

    Amazing experience. Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were fantastic. I went in for a cleaning and it was by far the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

    It was difficult trying to coordinate our busy schedules, but when I finally made it to the office, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were very thorough with my first assessment and cleaning and also ensured I was comfortable the entire time. I very much appreciated the transparency in providing the details of what my treatment plan would look like while being mindful of my insurance coverage. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of is the lack of privacy - each patient has their own room of course, but it's kind of an open-concept, with no doors. Overall, I'm so glad to have finally found a new dental office with such great staff and I look forward to my future appointments!

    Great dentist experience. I came in for a dental cleaning, and all staff were very friendly. The hygienist was thorough and answered all my questions. Bonus: Impark parking can be reimbursed at the front desk.

    Ashley did a great job. She was gentle and made me feel comfortable. Dr Muntean was also very professional and helped me out with a small emergency I had with a broken tooth. All in all, great service, very welcoming. I will definitely continue to go to this dentist.

    I had a wonderful experience. The office was easy to find, clean, and the staff were all kind. As soon as I walked in I was greeted kindly by name (it was my first appointment!). I came a bit early as recommended in order to fill out my first time forms which were brief and quick to fill out. I was taken back pretty quickly for my cleaning. The dental hygenist was very friendly and gentle (despite my last dentist visit being four years ago). She also gave me some advice (not unsolicited, I asked) on electric tooth brushes as well as flossing tools for my permanent braces at my front teeth. She was thorough but at no point was I in any pain (which was a first). Once the cleaning was complete, Corina came in to review. She introduced herself to me and we spoke about my dental history. I will also need to get a mouth guard and they offered to put in the request to my insurance company. They also took my insurance right at the beginning of my appointment so I could just book my follow up appointment before I left. The atmosphere in the office is friendly and calming and all of the staff I encountered were knowledgeable and friendly.

    Dr. Muntean and her team were ready when I arrived. Dr. Muntean asked about my dental history to get an idea of what was require for this visit - got me x rays, cleaning, checked for cavities, and scheduled a follow up for a mouthguard, which I need. The whole trip was painless and very helpful.

    I am so glad I chose Dr. Muntean! Her office is new, modern and beautifully decorated with all the latest equipment. She explained everything she planned on doing and answered all my questions in layman terms. She was as gentle as could be and very attuned to any discomfort I expressed. Following her recommendations, I have already seen a hugs improvement in my gums. It's silly, but I can't wait for my next appointment!

    I filled out a questionnaire before being brought into the dental studio where I had my teeth cleaned and polished thoroughly after taking some x-rays. All of this was by the dental hygienist. Afterwards Dr. Muntean came in and inspected my x-rays and my mouth, and then thoroughly explained things that were relevant to my dental health. Wonderful.

  • OUTSTANDING! I arrived a few minutes early, her staff got me signed up right away and then Dr. Muntean performed a filling right away. I was in and out in 40 minutes!!

    I broke a filling in my molar on Saturday. I went online to find a dentist that took new patients with the emergency I had. On Monday I went to her office which is 4 minutes from my office, walked in and was out within 40 minutes. I NOW am a new patient of hers.

    I came here because I was having issues with my other dentist. They had been very condescending and have been treating a chronic issue with the same thing over and over with no results... To the point where I was putting off appointments because I was so stressed about going. This was a completely different experience. Both the Doctor and Hygienist were so kind and helpful. My cleaning was much gentler, more comfortable experience. Dr. Corina listened to my concerns and already has given me new options to help me. A complete turn around from the experiences I have been having, I now want to work harder at maintaining at home because I have a better support system!

    Dentist appointments can often be stressful for people but I felt at ease. Her attendant was knowledgeable and made sure everything was done properly and made sure I was comfortable during the entire cleaning etc. Dr. Muntean listened to my concerns and gave me plenty of options and information before I left. Overall it was a very good appointment and I will be glad to go back.
