I am originally from Hong Kong, but grew up and received a multicultural education having moved to Scotland and then finally to Ontario. I attended Queens’s University in Kingston, Ontario where I completed my Bachelor of Science (Life Sciences). I then transferred to pursue my career of dentistry at the University of Western Ontario, where I graduated in 2018. I love travelling and backpacking around the world. I have been on numerous volunteer mission trips to contribute to the underserved communities in Paraguay and Guatemala. I am also a big foodie and love spending quality time with my two cats. I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

I am proud of the quality of work I provide for my patients. It is of utmost importance to ensure my patients receive the best dental care during their visit. I also take pride in the rapport and trust I build with my patients that they truly enjoy their dental visits.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

Dental pain can be a nightmare! Being able to take my patients out of pain and put a smile on their faces is truly rewarding. I also enjoy working with cosmetic cases, from a small chipped tooth to a full smile transformation. It brings me joy when patients look at their new smiles in the mirror and tell me how much they appreciate it.

    I actually had Dr. Vo and my overall experience was great. Dr. Vo is very easy to understand and thorough. She explained to me the importance of dental health and showed me what I need to be doing going forward. I definitely recommend Dr. Vo to anyone looking for a dentist!

    The whole dental experience was great! This is my first time visiting and the hygienist was so caring and thoughtful during the cleaning. I really appreciated Dr. Chau, she explained my teeth situation in detail and provided a suitable way to handle my wisdom teeth.

    Loved my experience with Dr. Chau. She was very gentle and very thorough in explaining issues with my teeth. I have already referred her to family members. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and radiant as soon as you walk in. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. They are on point with scheduling. Their technology is very advanced as well so every chart is digital and it is a great way to get a full picture of your oral health.

    I liked my experience with Dr. Jessica, she answered on any my questions before and after each visit and gave a bunch of helpful advices and other information. I have had to cure several teeth and one of that is still quite sensitive and I feel pain from it sometimes, even after almost month of treatment, regardless that she said is usually lasts 1-2 weeks, as it should be normally, but it was tough one, so I am not surprised if it will take a little longer to restore. The work was done with assistant, so they treated 1 quite deep and 3 smaller teeth at once and very fast with all necessary anesthesia and support.

    Dr. Chau had amazing bedside manner. By far the best dental experience I've ever had in my life: She was very explanatory of everything that she was doing, ensured that I had zero discomfort and gave me tonnes of advice on what to look out for, etc. Highly recommend.

    The staff at parkview are very thorough and detail oriented. Their covid protocols made me feel really safe, they have excellent customer service and they gave me the most detailed X-rays and exams I’ve ever had in my life!

    I saw Dr. Chau for the first time for a comprehensive exam. She was friendly and knowledgable. I am the type with a lot of questions. She did answer them, but prefers to save some of them at the end to respond to since she was in the process of analyzing my teeth. When she was delivering the results of the examination and answering my questions, I felt that she was talking very fast, so I felt rushed. I wish she could slow down the pace a bit and take more time to answer my questions. Overall, my experience was good.
