Our warm and inviting office will provide a relaxed experience for your entire family. But my experience with Dr. Paul Deratnay was amazing from the beginning - from my communications with the receptionist Lynn, to my Hygienist Susie, and finally meeting Dr. Paul. My highlight was Susie - she is warm and approachable. She made me feel very comfortable in the chair, plus gave me details on what she's doing and how I could better care for my teeth. First time I felt a little more relaxed at a dentist! She was able to do the x-rays and have Dr. Barlow come check them out in 5 minutes, despite me not booking that in. The hygienist was very friendly, helped me understand what she was doing and how I can improve my dental health. Dr. Deratnay was also very efficient and unlike other dentists did not attempt to get me to get services and products I do not need. The offices are in a great location and everything is very clean and modern. The receptionists were also easy to work with and made sure everything was sorted out with my insurance properly, and called me to confirm.
