They were extremely professional and kind and listened when I had asked for certain things to be done not to be done. Explained everything in detail which made me feel comfortable. Their environment as well, too is fun, and warm.Prior to my appointment the receptionist made sure to double check and make sure that my insurance to cover my procedure. Every staff member I encountered in the office is friendly, understanding, and professional. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and the entire process was transparent. I went in for a cleaning as my regular dental office was fully booked (months in advance) I found them on OpenCare and in less than 48 hours I went in for my appointment! My dental hygienist was extremely lovely and did a great job.
