The hygienist Irene and Dr. Chin were friendly and efficient. The office is modern and comfortable. Claim submitted directly to my insurance was great and done even before I could get my coat on. :)

my appointment went well the hygienist was very thorough I never had a such a thorough examination of my mouth before. I was examined by the lady dentist and not Dr. Walter Yim. Overall I feel very comfortable dealing with Park Lawn Dental.

Dr Chin and her assistant (I didn’t catch her name) were amazing. Both ladies were so calming and friendly. I was at ease and really felt like everything was done to ensure I was comfortable!

I didn’t see Dr Chin, but the doctor I did see was very kind and compassionate. I had Vanessa, the hygienist and she was very kind and knowledgeable! We shared some good laughs too! The appointment was on time and efficient.. as a mom to a young child, I appreciate facilities that run on time!

Had the opportunity to meet Dr.Yim recently. Him and his team went over and above to discover issues that could have been fixed previously and that today could have major consequences to my oral health. Good thing proper actions are being taken with referrals and expertise.

I am impressed with my first appointment at Park Lawn dental. I didn’t see Dr.Chin but everyone ( hygienists and dentist) was very welcoming and professional. The extent of the initial exam was impressive and I feel I am in good hands. Will update my review after my next appointment which will include cleaning and treatments.

Dr. Chin and her assistant were AMAZING! I get very nervous at the dentist and I was extremely uncomfortable going in. Once I was in the chair they both took such care in making sure that I stayed calm and comfortable the entire time - they were so kind and patient. I honestly cannot thank them enough as the anxiety that I felt beforehand had kept me from going to the dentist for years. I can honestly say that they have changed how I feel about going to the dentist and I have already booked a follow up appointment. Thank you Ladies!

Vanessa is very sweet and patient. She understood my apprehension and took her time to explain all of the procedures as well and make smart recommendations based on my needs. I suffer from some anxiety when it comes to dental work, but Vanessa was able to make me comfortable. I have already booked 2 follow up appointments.

It has been way, way too long since I visited a dentist and I knew I needed some serious work done, so I was extremely nervous and hesitant...if you're like me, just go. Dr. Chin is incredibly understanding and makes you feel comfortable with everything.

Dr. Chin addressed my specific concern and was able to make me feel comfortable. I like that she didn't require me to do other workups.. 1 thing why we are scared to see a dentist is bcoz they usually see a lot of problems that needs fixing and would require us to do so. Dr. Brittany isn't like that.

The location was very ideal because it was minutes from my place. The office is very clean and receptionist very friendly. Plenty of free parking after 6pm on the street, you do have to pay for parking if it’s prior to that time. I chose this location for location but also because of hours. They are open later and can accommodate after work appointments. Although, as you can imagine the later slots are booked well in advance and it does take a while to schedule simply because that time is so popular. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple of years because of travel, Vanessa took a quick look and let me know it may take longer then the one hour slot I had booked. She recommended I do the full xrays and check with the dentist so they could properly assess everything and get to know my teeth. This would have taken the entire hour and I really wanted to feel clean teeth so I went for the cleaning instead. She spent about 30 minutes cleaning my lower teeth and then stopped so the dentist could see me. I have booked two further 1 hr appointments for cleaning the upper teeth and then for doing the xrays. My bottom teeth felt SO GOOD after the cleaning and Vanessa was very nice. Looking forward to going back.

Dr. Brittany Chin was AMAZING. I'm typically scared of the dentist and she made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle on my teeth. She's also super knowledgable and explains everything you need to know and will explain any questions you have! I can't say I'm saying this but I can't wait to go back! Going to recommend her to everyone!
