They also walked me through the entire process and educated me on what I need to improve with my dental hygiene. They also ensure you are welcomed warmly and given a lot of attention. However I was charged $47 for being told how to brush/floss which was common knowledge and I did not consent to pay. The cleaning was 30 minutes and I got charged for an hour worth of cleaning. The staff greeted me by name, and made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Throughout the process, they made sure to ask me if I was doing okay. They made sure they told me each step they were taking and why they were doing it so I really understood what they were doing ! They made me a cup of tea and even brought it to me. Their hospitality is beyond amazing. They give you a cute gift bag after your appointment so that's a plus! They are extremely professional and knowledgable. I instantly felt like patient there as if I was going there for years even though so much of it was intake related activities. Throughout the entire process everyone was clear and caring and never patronising. Dr. Zhang was gentle, good humoured, a detailed and am overall pleasant doctor to be around.
