She explained the procedures and what will be done to me patiently and made sure I understood her. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time during the dental procedure. Finally, meeting with Dr Igor. He gives good recommendations and give assurance. His confidence in his skills definitely made me less nervous. After the cleaning, the dentist took time to do a full examination and informed me of any concerns or things to be mindful of. Again, super informative and kind. Was able to book follow up work to be done the next week. The office is extremely clean and tidy, and the staff was helpful with my questions. On the other hand, location was a bit difficult to find (room # not listed), and the first visit took a bit longer than I expected despite me coming earlier than the appointment time. I also found find the push to get Invisalign a bit persistent, I said I will need to think about it and he kept bringing it up in the follow up (I understand this is their business and brings more revenue than just cleaning).
