Dr Carr is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University's School of Dentistry. A native of Oregon he chose Umatilla as the place to raise his family.

I believe dentistry should not be painful. I have Nitrous Oxide sedation available for patients who have a fear of the dentist.

I love giving patients a great smile whether that be with orthodontics or veneers. I also love to give my patients the tools and knowledge they need to have that beautiful smile last a lifetime.
