My recent dental visit was an absolute delight! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Parking is free and I got a real nice goody bag :) You can also watch Netflix lying on the seat while getting your dental work :)

Dr. Brian explained everything that he did in easy to understand terms. He gave me a mirror to look at the inside of my mouth to show what he's talking about. My teeth are cleaner than when I went to a different dental clinic. Reception was helpful in processing claims through extended health insurance.

Dr. Jenson Wong was very knowledgeable. He answered all the questions I had and more. He let me know my options about a dental concern I had and made it clear that I could make my own decision without outside bias. Christina was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate how she explained every step so I would not be caught off guard. Joy did a really good job and I'm thankfully for her thorough work :) Just some friendly feedback -- I think it would be good if Joy gave a bit more explanation or a simple heads up before each procedure kespecially the ones that come with more pain) and apply less force when wiping splashes of water/blood, haha. Thanks for all your help!

All the professionals in the clinic is friendly and helpful. Got x-ray then checking. Dr Kim explained how to do daily cleaning. Cleaning treatment is detailed and the Netflix entertainment is super.

Dr. Brian Bui-To and my dental Hygienist Bonnie were both very friendly, kind, and informative! I enjoyed my visit at Kim's Dental. There was a TV on the ceiling to watch Netflix during my visit and I was sent away with a bag containing some dental stuff which is always appreciated. The dental office layout is interesting, as you can see in the other patient rooms of the office, but I didn't mind much.

The dentist at Kim's Dental actually does your cleaning, which was a pleasant surprise. Usually at other practices I've been to it's done by the dental hygienist. The machines and tech seem to be a bit older and the dentist was a bit rough but overall it was a good experience.

Brian was very efficient and gentle at cleaning. I told him about a filling on the base of my tooth because I had a chip that caused sensitivity and i told him how the scaling and being too close to my gums made me very uncomfortable and he really listened! I felt minimal discomfort and didn't feel nervous.
