Laura Fisher, DDS

Dr. Fisher attended Southern Utah University, where she completed a Bachelor in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude, in 2009. Dr. Fisher earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Columbus, Ohio. She was the recipient of the prestigious 2013 Eleanor J. Bushee Memorial Award given by the American Association of Women Dentists. This award is given each year to an outstanding female dental student for her academic excellence and outstanding leadership in the field of dentistry. Providing patients with superior dental care is Dr. Fisher's foremost priority. She enjoys connecting with patients and caring for their dental health needs over the long term. She also enjoys being involved in service and community events.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Patients should choose me as their dentist because I will give every patient the individual time they need to feel prepared and at ease with their treatment. I care about the oral health of each of my patients and work hard to help educate them and train them in the proper care of their teeth.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of my eye for detail as well as my ability to give honest answers and educate patients in response to oral health questions. I love to help patients prevent problems from happening in the first place, but treat those problems quickly and efficiently when they do happen. I have a great desire to continually keep up-to-date with the newest researched techniques and the best products available to achieve the highest quality result possible.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I enjoy treating all of my patients, but I most enjoy treating those who have lost hope of having a nice smile. I love the cases where I can see a dramatic improvement in oral health and esthetics from the treatment I provide because I love seeing how quality oral health care can positively impact the lives of the patients I treat.
