What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
OTMDC is classified as a Rural Health Center. At the heart of the Center's mission is the provision of preventative care and early intervention services to vulnerable and disadvantaged population with services to children and their families a priority. We treat those patients that are un and under insured. Fees are on a sliding scale based on gross household income.

We are most proud of the ability to offer the following services all under one roof: Primary Care, Gynecology, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, School Physicals, General Health, Prenatal Care, Immunizations, Medication Assistance Program, Family Planning, Chronic Care Clinics for Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity and asthma. We have a state of the art Dental Facility that offers Cleanings, X-rays, Fillings, Extractions, Children's Dentistry and Adult Industry.
