What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
Reyna Franco combines a holistic approach with science-based nutrition and exercise research. Each individual has different needs; not one person has the same diet requirements and fitness levels. Reyna looks at each person uniquely. She takes into account their lifestyle, family, culture, stress levels, work schedules, and current eating and exercise routines. From there, she works with her clients to determine their goals. The key is designing realistic, attainable goals. Once goals are developed, a diet and exercise plan is designed based on the client’s lifestyle. Reyna will not ask someone to make major changes in their life; it takes small, reasonable steps to achieve our goals. Once these goals are met, Reyna and the client review the goals and determine the next step.

Reyna uses an interactive, motivational process with her clients. Her clients find success by making healthy, realistic changes that they can maintain throughout their life. Reyna takes pride in her work and is an enthusiastic coach.
