Biography

Dr. Emily Casey is a naturopathic doctor and naturopathic doula. The treatments she uses with her patients include acupuncture, nutritional and lifestyle counselling, as well as herbal and nutritional supplements. The goal of Dr. Casey’s practice is to provide natural health care to help you and your family be happy, healthy, and thriving! She will educate and empower you to make the health choices that will have lifelong benefits for you and your children. The support of a naturopath can lead to optimal health outcomes, from preconception, through pregnancy and birth, and throughout childhood. Dr. Casey has additional doula training with the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors. Through her own health journey, Dr. Casey has learned the importance of individualized treatment and healing the whole person. It was through natural approaches to digestive wellness and the support of a naturopathic doctor that she was able to heal from celiac disease. In her practice, she now recommends treatments and supports patients with celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and many other digestive concerns. She believes strongly that your overall health begins with a healthy digestive system. Dr. Casey enjoys living an active life, including swimming and running, drinking tea, and she is always on the lookout for new and delicious gluten-free food! Dr. Casey looks forward to sharing her skills, compassionate approach and positive energy to help address your health concerns and support you in establishing your wellness goals so you can live your life fully.
