Being CARF-accredited is reflection of our commitment to improving the quality of our services and demonstrating their effectiveness, meeting internationally recognized program standards, and enhancing patient care. Special programs are available for return-to-work and return-to-play, brain injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Source One has two locations (North Plano and Ft. What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
Village Physical Therapy is a CARF accredited multidisciplinary therapy center. Services at this location include physical therapy and occupational therapy programs, sports medicine, return-to-work and return-to-play programs, functional capacity evaluations (FCEs), Chronic Pain Programs, and Brain Injury Programs. We also have an anti-gravity treadmill (alterg.com) at this location, which is one of the latest innovations in physical therapy equipment.

Village Physical Therapy has been providing the highest quality outpatient services in the North Texas area since 1994. Recently, Village PT has been accredited for a period of three years for its Interdisciplinary Outpatient Medical Rehabilitation Programs: Brain Injury Program (Adults), Interdisciplinary Pain Rehabilitation Programs- Outpatient (Adults), Occupational Rehabilitation Programs (Adults) and its Occupational Rehabilitation Programs- Comprehensive Services (Adults). The latest accreditation is the Eighth consecutive Accreditation awarded to Village Physical Therapy; by the international accrediting body, CARF.
